Erfolgskapital likes to present itself as a regulated forex and cryptocurrency broker. In reality, however, it has no license at all. We looked on the About Us page, and there were no names or indications of credentials. In addition, they didn’t mention they were licensed and we saw that they have been flagged by FINMA, the Swiss regulator.
