However, ExtremeBizOptoins has a disclaimer saying that posting these regulators doesn’t imply that it’s actually regulated by any of them. What we see is merely a description of regulators.

It doesn’t surprise us that ExtremeBizOptions has no license or lengths it goes to in an attempt to prove it is regulated. It’s clear ExtremeBizOptions can’t have a license from any European regulator because it guarantees returns–which no broker can and it offers bonuses. It also encourages customers to refer others, which implies it may be a pyramid scheme.
