Cointrade Complaint – Cointrader Review

Is Cointrade a Scam Broker?

Cointrader has a professional-looking website and is available on GooglePlay. It also has been mentioned on financial news websites. However, this doesn’t necessarily mean that Cointrader is a legitimate broker. Unfortunately, many unregulated and fake brokers may appear on platforms and in the media and seem legitimate. We did a deep dive and evaluated Cointrader to see if it is safe.

Is cointrade a scam or legit broker?

Cointrader may inspire confidence in some people because it has a presence on GooglePlay, Bloomberg and is described as a Canadian broker with a Java-based algorithm with a social media presence. However, this does not translate into transparency into its services, terms, and conditions. It is not regulated and has negative reviews on the BBB or Better Business Bureau site.

Cointrader is an unregulated broker that has many negative reviews on the BBB site. Customers reported that once they deposited their money, they did not hear from the service, and their emails were not answered. Others said that the promises were extravagant and deceptive.

We recommend that you stay away from Cointrader. If you have an account with Cointrader you should ask for a fund withdrawal. However, since reviewers have said Cointrader does not communicate in this instance and tends not to release funds, you will also need to consult with a fund recovery service. We will provide guidance to help you retrieve your funds.
