Is Bluerock Financial Services a Scam Broker?

BlueRock Financial Services is a broker that looks professional and reliable and claims to be regulated by the SEC, but unfortunately, the true picture is quite different. Its content has some strange phrasing, such as “advice without conflict of interest” and the promise to “provide transparency.” These are not special features, but should be the bare minimum clients should expect from a broker. More troubling is its false claims that it is licensed.

Is Bluerock Financial Services a Scam or Legit Broker?

BlueRock Financial Services uses very tricky phrasing in the fine print. It says it offers its services through Retirement Wealth Advisory which is registered by the SEC, but then it says it is not affiliated with RWA. It is not really clear how this can work, but the bottom line is that it claims to have a license it does not have. The FCA released a warning about BlueRock Financial Services for falsifying its licensing information.
