TradingBinance

Know Your Options and Recover Your Funds

Do You Want to Know If TradingBinance is Legitimate or a Scam Broker?

In case you’re wondering, TradingBinance has nothing to do with Binance, a popular cryptocurrency platform relied on by thousands. However, the broker TradingBinance wants people to trust them because they are using the Binance name. Maybe some people will think they are a division of Binance. However, the name TradingBinance makes no sense. People trade cryptocurrencies, not crypto platforms. It doesn’t matter to these folks.

There Are Some Problems with TradingBinance

TradingBinance has been flagged as an unlicensed broker by the SEC. This is enough to avoid trading with this broker. Its website is mediocre, but we did notice a few things. First, the brokers promise financial stability–it’s clear they are targeting people with meager funds, not those with extra money for trading. Secondly, there are no names or pictures of the people who run this broker. They are clearly trying to hide something.

Red Flags that TradingBinance Could Be a Scam Broker

  • Cashing in on the the Binance name
  • No license
  • Flagged by the SEC
  • No transparency
  • Misleading statements
  • Bad reviews

Tron Trade Options

Know Your Options and Recover Your Funds

Do You Want to Know If Tron Trade Options is Legitimate or a Scam Broker?

Tron is a decentralized blockchain that has its own proof-of-stake cryptocurrency. This may sound like a mouthful for people who aren’t that knowledgeable about cryptocurrency. That’s what Tron Trade Options is counting on —they want to seem like they are on the inside to people who want to jump onto the crypto train. However, it is very clear Tron Trade Options is just using the name “Tron” to impress people. They can’t create an impression with their license since they don’t have one.

There Are Some Problems with Tron Trade Options

We could fund no evidence that Tron Trade Options has a license. We have every reason to believe they are an unregulated broker. There is no information about who runs Tron Trade Options. A lack of transparency, coupled with the absence of a license are clearly signs of a broker scam. We don’t trust Tron Trade Options.

Red Flags that Tron Trade Options Could Be a Scam Broker

UltraCryptoMine Broker Review

UltraCryptoMine

Know Your Options and Recover Your Funds

Do You Want to Know If UltraCryptoMine Is Legitimate or a Scam Broker?

Have you ever wondered what it’s like to mine cryptocurrency? It takes a lot of energy and technical knowledge–which is the reason people prefer to invest in crypto mining than do it themselves. If you want to invest in crypto mining, definitely don’t deal with UltraCryptoMine. For one thing, they’ve been flagged by the SEC for offering trading without a license. Second, looking at their website, it’s clear this isn’t a legitimate operation. There are too many red flags.

There Are Some Problems with UltraCryptoMine

The web content is amateurish–there are many awkward phrases and lots of all caps. It demands a very high minimum deposit and tries to get its customers to go for bonuses. These bonuses will tie up client accounts and keep them from making withdrawals. Also, the broker encourages people to think of cryptocurrency as an income stream. Instead, crypto is a highly speculative investment. There is a big difference. The contact is fake and contains vague language that can basically justify the broker doing whatever they want.

Red Flags that UltraCryptoMine Could Be a Scam Broker

  • No license
  • SEC warning
  • Poor web content
  • No transparency
  • Misleading statements
  • Bad reviews

Know Your Options and Recover Your Funds

Do You Want to Know If UltraFX Smart Trades Is Legitimate or a Scam Broker?

UltraFX Smart Trades wants you to know that they’ve generated returns for clients. You can see testimonials on Facebook. Does this prove anything? One of the testimonials claimed that she invested $400 and in just one week, made $5,500. It isn’t unheard of that someone could make a successful trade, but too many scam brokers falsely promise results like this.

There Are Some Problems with UltraFX Smart Trades

The SEC has flagged UltraFX Smart Trades for offering forex trading without a license. They have no proof of a license and the SEC indicates that they are illegally operating as brokers. It’s interesting that they have just a couple of testimonials that don’t really say anything specific about how the broker works. Its site is no longer operational, but it still maintains a social media presence.

  • No license
  • Flagged by the SEC

Universal Forex Trade Broker Review

Universal Forex Trade

Know Your Options and Recover Your Funds

Do You Want to Know If Universal Forex Trade Is Legitimate or a Scam Broker?

Universal Forex Trade may or may not have an actual website. It seems to find its victims on social media. It’s fairly easy for a dodgy broker to shape-shift on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. They can invent personas, block their victims after they have stolen money, and disappear. This seems to be the MO of Universal Forex Trade based on verified reviews we’ve found online. This broker has a very low trust rating and no indication of a license from any regulator.

There Are Some Problems with Universal Forex Trade

Universal Forex Trade chats up people on Instagram and other social media platforms and offers them a quick and easy chance to trade forex. According to one Universal Forex Trade victim, they showed a tremendous profit after the first trade. It’s rare for forex traders to succeed so quickly. They then ask the person to open an account with all the fees and deposit funds required. Then, all of a sudden, they report the customer has lost everything in the trade and then unfriend and block them. No surprise that this broker isn’t regulated.

Red Flags that Universal Forex Trade Could Be a Scam Broker

  • No license
  • No website
  • No transparency
  • Misleading statements
  • Bad reviews

Utmost Open Trades Broker Review

File a Complaint Against

Utmost Open Trades

Know Your Options and Recover Your Funds

Do You Want to Know If Utmost Open Trades Is Legitimate or a Scam Broker?

Utmost Open Trades is a strange name for a broker. Are they trying to say they are really transparent? It certainly doesn’t say anything about who runs the brokerage or licensing. It isn’t open in that sense. Whatever the name is supposed to mean, it should be familiar to people who pay attention to SEC warnings, since the SEC has warned the public about Utmost Open Trades

There Are Some Problems with Utmost Open Trades

Utmost Open Trades likes to represent itself as an upper-crust broker. It says its focus clients are people who want an income from their investments. For this reason, they have sky-high minimum rates for accounts. The cheapest account is $1,000. The broker guarantees monthly returns, which of course, is impossible. Worst of all, they clearly state in their terms and conditions that withdrawal, “Depends on the period, as specified on your investment plan. Each package is unique and has a specified time limit to access profit.” Nonsense. If you’ve truly made money, you should be able to withdraw from your account. This is definitely not okay.

Red Flags that Utmost Open Trades Could Be a Scam Broker

  • No license
  • Flagged by SEC
  • Guaranteed returns
  • Ridiculous rules about withdrawing money
  • No transparency
  • Misleading statements
  • Bad reviews

VitaCapitals Broker Review

File a Complaint Against

VitaCapitals

Know Your Options and Recover Your Funds

Do You Want to Know If VitaCapitals Is Legitimate or a Scam Broker?

VitaCapitals may seem to have a lot going for it. The website looks nice and its spreads seem reasonable. However, if we look a bit closer, we’ll notice the sub-standard trading platform, the fishiness of its terms and conditions, and its appalling rules for withdrawing money. In addition, this broker has been flagged by the same regulator it falsely claims to hold a license from. It takes a lot of gall to act like this, and VitaCapitals definitely doesn’t seem to care.

There Are Some Problems with VitaCapitals

VitaCapitals brazenly claims it has a license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), when in fact the MAS has flagged VitaCapitals for offering trading without a license. When we look at the terms of conditions, we see several names and locations, and documents written in Russia. So many identities are definitely fishy. Also, VitaCapitals says it has the right to refuse withdrawals for no reason. It offers fake bonuses that limit the right to withdrawals. To top it all off, in the fine print, we discover it may take 6 months to close an account! Obviously, they will charge fees during this time. Stay Away!

Red Flags that VitaCapitals Could Be a Scam Broker

  • False statements about licensing–no license
  • Flagged by the MAS
  • Poor trading platform
  • Absurd terms and conditions
  • No transparency
  • Misleading statements
  • Bad reviews

Willow Stream Capital Broker Review

File a Complaint Against

Willow Stream Capital

Know Your Options and Recover Your Funds

Do You Want to Know If Willow Stream Capital Is Legitimate or a Scam Broker?

Willow Stream Capital may ring a bell to some people, especially those who follow news stories about high-profile scams. Actually, it’s not Willow Stream but Willow Creek that got in trouble. However, many scams often get a second lease on life by slightly changing their names and operating again. We think this may be what’s going on with Willow Stream–it isn’t 100% certain, but it looks sketchy.

There Are Some Problems with Willow Stream Capital

In 2018, Willow Creek Advisors was busted by the SEC for illegal activities. The founder Nicholas Joseph Genovese had been making misleading and fraudulent statements about market capitalization and didn’t disclose past bankruptcy to clients as well as prior convictions of forgery and grand larceny. Not surprisingly Genovese had misappropriated clients’ funds and Willow Creek was closed down. Interestingly, we see a Willow Stream Capital that has been flagged by the SEC for offering trading without a license. Could this be a second incarnation of Willow Creek? Even if not, it’s been flagged by the SEC, which is reason enough to stay away.

Red Flags that Willow Stream Capital Could Be a Scam Broker

  • No license
  • Flagged by the SEC
  • Could be another version of broker scam Willow Creek
  • No transparency
  • Misleading statements
  • Bad reviews
